Terms and conditions

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Book-as-you-go appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you reserve an hour, and can’t make it, please let us know with more than 24 hours’ notice. Classes canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Expiration: Single-session and package classes expire in 90 days.

Refunds: There are no refunds for any service.

Duets: If one person cancels (with more than 24 hours’ notice), the other person may choose to upgrade to a private.

SESSION RESERVATIONS

• Book As You Go Book appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. 

• Own Your Spot Own a spot indefinitely with a full buyout which means you own the spot and no one else can book it. The billing is automatic, every four weeks. Three-month minimum. There is no canceling/rescheduling for any reason (unless the studio is closed.)
